Doctors and therapists from Hanoi Rehabilitation Hospital, Hanoi Medical University Hospital, and National Geriatric Hospital participated in AVANT A+3 class from February 25 to March 18, 2018.
As part of the AVANT Program collaborative between Vietnam and Austria, Vietnamese doctors and therapists are sponsored to receive in-depth training and up-to-date knowledge on neurorehabilitation for stroke patients in leading rehabilitation centers in Austria. The three-week training took place in Bad Pirawarth Hospital and Christian Doppler Hospital in Salzburg.
Vietnamese doctors and therapists will be trained on latest rehabilitation techniques by Dr. Andreas Winkler – President of the Austrian Society of Clinical Research in Neuro-rehabilitation, Prof. Bernhard Iglseder, and skilled therapists from the two hospitals.
